This is a tube mould which we are supplying to major Tyre factories. We are expertise in this mould manufacturing for more than 2 decades. This particular mould which you are viewing is an elliptical tube mould.

AIR BAG MOULD

This is a Air Bag Mould for 1000 - 20 Tyre. In that texturing and stripe has been fixed.

CORE MOULD

This is a core for Bag Mould measuring at 680mm diameter and 740 lengths. This is a mould of 8 parts and core split into 8 pieces with steam Jacket.

CI MOULD

Cast Iron Mould weighs around 2.5 Tonnes to pour Lead which is used as Anode in Zinc manufacturing Industries. This has very fine profiles. We have facility to machine these kind of Profiles in a single setting. We also can manufacture any complicated profiles.
